Each design is created from scratch and is 100% original. We cannot guarantee however that a very similar logo or design does not already exist. For this reason we present no guarantee regarding the availability of trademarks or trade names. We do offer a FREE OF CHARGE solution, in that should a similar design exist, we will work with you to make the necessary alterations. You as our valued Customer, do however endemnify Logos.co.za, all companies/affiliated individuals/designers from legal responsibility regarding all copyright, trade name and trademark issues. The Customer agrees to take sole legal responsibility should the design infringe upon any existing intellectual property rights, copyrighted material, trade names or trademarks of any kind. Once again, we do our utmost to ensure this does not happen.
We love happy clients and are 100% committed to delivering within the indicated turnaround times whenever humanly possible. You would normally receive your first preview three working days after we have sent confirmation of your order and payment. If you do not fax / email confirmation of payment, you can expect delays as our accounting guys would then have to trace and match unallocated deposits. Clients who pay via the credit card VCS system will automatically receive a confirmation of payment from the secure payment site and they also forward a copy to us, so you can relax. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the turnaround times / delivery times on the web site. Should we encounter any unexpected delay, however, we endeavour to inform you as soon as is humanly possible and we then work around the clock to rectify the situation.
Should you request and receive a refund for a project, whether it be for a logo, stationery, brochure or web site, you loose the copyright to that material. The sole copyright of the designs in all of the previews in question will remain with Logos.co.za. Logos.co.za may, at its option, either reuse or destroy the design(s).
Our money-back guarantee is valid up to the completion of the design process or for 30 (thirty) days, whichever comes first. "Design process" indicates the timeframe from the moment of the order to the point where the client accepts a design and instructs us to delivery the final product.
Many logos and other designs are created as part of our design process, which are not accepted by the Client. Logos.co.za will retain ownership of all such concept designs.
The final (accepted) version of the design automatically becomes your property upon completion of the design process.. This includes copyright to the entire final image in all its forms. Logos.co.za will not have the right to resell or reuse the designs in any way. We only retain the right to display all concept cartoons and the final design as part of our portfolio of past work, either on the Internet or any promotional material.
If we design anything for you and at any stage of the process you stop responding, your project status will remain "active" for 12 months. After 12 months the project status becomes "completed". Should you wish to resume the design work after 12 months, a new order must be submitted. Note that the 12-month deadline only applies in cases where the client stops responding. As long as we hear from you at least every 12 months, you project status will remain "active" until the project is completed.
We do reserve the right to display our work in our portfolio - either on our web site or any other web site or promotional material, whether or not the work is complete. If you want to keep your logo under wraps until after your product launch, please let us know. While Logos.co.za cannot guarantee that we will accommodate your request, it is likely that we will.
Then last but not least, we retain the right to change specifications of our Logos.co.za design packages, prices and the Terms of Service above at our discretion and without prior notice.
