Our design process explained

We receive your order form and payment confirmation, open your design file and send you an order confirmation note vial e-mail. Your designer starts with your first set of previews, which normally consist between three and five images for the logo designs and one initial design for the business cards and stationery orders.

You have ample opportunity to look at the designs, get some comments from friends and colleagues, send us your thoughts and in this way you direct the creative process to follow your ideas and requirements.

Through a process of previews and redesigns via e-mail consultation we then arrive at the best design for you.

Once you have picked your favourite image, our unlimited alterations policy ensures that we work at it until you are one hundred percent happy with the end result.

You then give us the instruction to finalize your design and we send your logo or stationery item or web site to you in all the electronic formats you might need, no charge for extra formats. This is where our unlimited file formats policy makes our Clients smile.

Your final choices then become yours, we transfer the copyright for your logo and all other designs to you upon delivery of the final files and we never sell the same design twice.
