If you buy a logo (or any other design work) from Logos.co.za and you are not 100% satisfied with the product or service you receive, please email us at helpdesk@logos.co.za and request a refund. The only limitation is that we must receive your refund request within 30 days of your order. That's it. No catch. No explanation needed. No exceptions. No fine print. We retain a R90,00 administrative fee and will refund the balance of your order immediately and in full.
