Design Talk:
Before you get too confused to get excited about our "can't find better anywhere else" packages and prices, here are a couple of explanations on the terminology used on our site:
| Unlimited alterations |
Once you have chosen your logo, we undertake to tweak it until you are 100% satisfied. This means an unlimited amount of: "the logo must be a bit smaller/bigger/fatter/no actually it was just right as it was, or let me see my Company name in blue, yellow, sea green and saffron, etc. We keep at it until it is just right! |
| Unlimited file formats |
Your basic logo package contains approximately ten files, depending on any requests made by yourself at the time of your order. With these files you can use your logo in colour, black and white, grayscale, on faxes, powerpoint presentations, invoices, letterheads and on your web site. Now if there is any format that you (your technical guys) or your printer needs over and above those in your package, just let us have the specifications and we'll send it to you free of charge. |
| File format |
This is the type of file we send you, indicated by the three letter suffix after the full stop, for example your logo.gif file is in graphics interchange format and the .jpg in your logo.jpg stands for joint photographic experts group |
| Custom designs |
We design your logo, letterhead, web site - ok, yes, everything - from scratch. We do not use artwork from any other sources or copy any designs. Our designers are committed to give you unique designs created to your specifications and you can be sure that your designs will be unique to your business. We never re-sell a design. |
| Turnaround time |
This is the time it takes for us to process your order or feedback and get the new designs out to you. We have a special queueing and tracking system that keeps us on top of the project deadline dates. |
